GROUP POLICY

We kindly request that should you need to reserve more than 5 rooms at Beacon Street Hotel you reach out directly to our front desk at info@thebeaconstreethotel.com to place you in contact with a manager able to assist with your group inquiry. They will be able to aid you with making the best out of your group's stay here in Somerville.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to 3pm check-in time to avoid cancellation fees. This includes no show fees or early departures. If you need to cancel you must obtain a cancellation number to ensure that you are released from the responsibility of the room. ***Please note this does not apply for reservations booked through OTA's or Advanced Purchase Reservations***
 

ADVANCE PURCHASE CANCELLATION POLICY

Advance Purchase reservations are pre-paid, non-refundable, and non-cancellable. These reservations will be charged at the time of booking for 100% of the room and tax. Other charges may be applied once checked in to the hotel, such as parking. There are no changes allowed with this rate and no refunds will be issued if a cancellation is requested. We suggest purchasing travel insurance for your stay. 
 

AGE REQUIREMENTS

Must be 18 years of age or older and present a valid Passport or US Driver's License upon check-in.
 

PAYMENT

All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card. There will also be a security deposit assessed by the front desk upon check-in. If you wish to pay for a room with someone's credit card, other than your own, then you must have that card holder complete a credit card authorization form that may be obtained by calling or emailing the hotel at info@thebeaconstreethotel.com.
 

PARKING POLICY

We have valet parking only for $28 per night. The underground garage is on-site and equipped for most vehicles. We kindly ask that if you do have an oversized vehicle that you please contact our front desk team to discuss the parking here.
 

PET POLICY

We do not allow pets at this hotel.
 

NO SMOKING POLICY

For the health, safety, and comfort of our guests, our entire property is a 100% non-smoking establishment. Should smoking be detected in your room, you may be asked to check out at the discretion of the management and will be subject to a $250 cleaning and deodorizing fee. Smoking in our public areas will warrant you being asked to leave.
